When do I need to give my final count?

Maggie’s Catering will need a final count 2 days prior to the event. The only exception would be for large events and a member of our staff will let you know if that is the case.


When will my payment be due?

Final payment is due 14 days after receipt for any catering under $800.00. For any catering over $800.00 payment is due upon event.


Is there a deposit required?

Deposits are required for wedding receptions or on the nature of the event. Our staff will let you know if and when a deposit is required. The deposit amount is $500 and is due upon reservation.


Do I get the deposit back or is it part of my payment?

The deposit will go towards your payment in full


What type of payment methods do you accept?

We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as personal and business checks.


Can we take leftovers home?

You are more than welcome to bring home any food that is left over. We simply ask that you provide containers for the leftovers in order to comply with Michigan Department of Health codes. We will be happy to package them for you in your containers.


If I would like something that is not on your menu is that possible?

Absolutely! Our menu lists some of the most popular items that we have done and is our standard fare. But we can work with you to make a menu that fits your needs. Just let us know what you are interested in and we will do our best to meet your needs.


Do you provide plates and flatware?

Maggie’s Catering gladly supplies acrylic plates, flatware and disposable napkins standard. We do however have the option of china place settings, silver flatware and linen napkins for $2.50 per setting. We also offer wine glasses, water goblets, china coffee cups, saucers and more. Just ask for a quote of rental items with your package.


Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver all over Southwest Michigan from Allegan to Three Rivers and Marshall to St. Joe. Our standard delivery fee $15.00 with in the greater Kalamazoo area. Outside of this area will be an additional fee.


Do you set up and clean up?

Maggie’s Catering does all the set up and tear down of your buffet. We provide and set up prior to the event all buffet table linens and skirting, chaffing dishes, serving utensils, plates and flatware. After the event we return to clean up the buffet as well. Just let us do the work while you relax!


When do you return to pick up the catering?

Typically for breakfast or lunch we return two hours after the drop off to pick up. Special times for pick up are possible at the time of drop off, if need be.


Am I allowed to cancel my order?

There is a cancellation policy of 48 hours. If cancelled within that time frame, a 50% charge of the total will be invoiced.
